Your technical expert, Alan, was extremely knowledgeable in his ability to network our digital x-ray machine, updated software with our mainframe and wireless touchscreen computers, and he did so effortlessly and patiently. In addition, he checked our networked computers’ security which was very badly compromised and advised me to avoid future problems. I now feel comfortable in knowing that I have this protection. In addition to this, he willingly removed several of my antiquated programs plus others that I have never used or would use in the future. What a valuable asset this man is to your company!
